It is cultivated in the rocky loam soil at altitudes of 800-1000 meters in Xingzhen Town, Wuyishan, where the spring day-night temperature difference reaches 10-12 °C, promoting significant accumulation of floral aroma compounds such as linalool and geraniol (linalool measured at 1.38 mg/g by GC-MS). The premium raw material is hand-picked one bud with one leaf. It contains 22.1% polyphenols, 4.0% amino acids, and a polyphenol-amino acid ratio of 5.5, forming the basis for a mellow, non-astringent, smooth and sticky mouthfeel. Light withering and light rolling, followed by 90 minutes fermentation at 28 °C and then fully dried with light fire, moisture content ≤4.3%, completely preserving the unique orchid aroma, ripe fruit honey aroma, and slight cinnamon spicy note of the variety. The tea infusion is bright orange-red with 1.15% theaflavins and 10.4% thearubigins (GB/T 30483), creating a broad golden rim; caffeine content 28 mg/200 ml, providing a gentle stimulating effect; 47% water extractives, lasting 9-10 infusions. Double sealed with aluminum foil bag and tin can, aroma remains unchanged for 24 months under normal room temperature and light protection. SGS certified no pesticide residue detected, SC traceable.
