Made from the 'Jin Guanyin' one-bud-two-leaf raw material grown in slightly acidic red soil tea gardens at 600–800 m altitude in Anxi, with 22.3% polyphenols, 4.0% amino acids and a polyphenol-to-amino ratio of 5.6, establishing the core taste profile of fresh, mellow, sweet and smooth, without bitterness or astringency. Around the Autumn Equinox, unopened 'golden osmanthus' fresh flowers are used at a 1:3 ratio through a low-temperature 'three scenting, one topping' process lasting 72 hours, followed by re-drying below 45°C to achieve a moisture content ≤4.2%. GC-MS testing shows total linalool, γ-decalactone and osmanthus phenethyl alcohol at 1.39 mg/g, delivering a three-layered experience: 'osmanthus aroma bursting upon entry, ripe fruity honey sweetness in the middle, subtle caramel-like notes in the finish'. Contains 1.12% theaflavins and 10.0% thearubigins (compliant with GB/T 30483), yielding a bright orange-red liquor with a brilliant golden rim; caffeine at 29 mg/200 ml provides gentle stimulation; 46% water extractives allow for 7–8 infusions while retaining lingering osmanthus notes. Double-sealed in aluminum pouch and tin can, retains full aroma for 18 months at room temperature away from light; SGS tested with zero detection in 500 pesticide residues, full SC traceability.
