Osmanthus Jinyinmei locks the fresh vitality of Tongmuguan high-mountain spring buds and the sweet fragrance of Mid-Autumn osmanthus into a single can. Sourced from the Tongmuguan small-leaf varietal tea group cultivated at 1200–1400 m altitude, only single buds were handpicked in autumn 2025—73,000 buds yield just 100 g of dried tea. With 21.8% tea polyphenols, 4.0% amino acids, and a phenol-amino ratio of 5.5, it establishes a smooth, mellow, sweet, and non-bitter base. Around the Autumn Equinox, freshly bloomed 'Golden Osmanthus' flowers are layered with tea at a 1:3 ratio and cold-scented for 72 hours using a 'three-窨 one-lift' process, followed by low-temperature re-drying below 45°C, achieving a moisture content ≤4.2%. GC-MS testing reveals a total of 1.38 mg/g of linalool, γ-decalactone, and osmanthus phenylethyl alcohol, creating a triple aromatic profile: 'osmanthus bursting upon entry, honeyed richness in the mid-palate, and a lingering floral-fruity finish.' With 1.15% theaflavins and 9.9% thearubigins (GB/T 30483), the liquor is golden yellow and bright with a prominent golden ring. Caffeine levels at 28 mg per 200 ml provide gentle stimulation, while 46% water extractives allow 8–9 infusions, still retaining osmanthus notes. Double-sealed in aluminum foil bag and tin can, the tea maintains its aroma for up to 18 months under cool, dark conditions. SGS tested with zero detection in 500 pesticide residues, fully traceable via SC certification.
