This 2025 Spring "Premium Tanyang Congou" is produced in the Danxia hills of Tanyang Village, Fu'an, at an altitude of 600-800 meters. The tea bushes are century-old Tanyang vegetable tea cultivars. After three consecutive sunny days following the Spring Equinox, the tea leaves are hand-picked as one bud and one leaf. With 21.5% polyphenols, 3.9% amino acids, and a polyphenol-amino acid ratio of 5.5, the tea establishes a sweet, smooth, thick, and non-bitter, non-astringent taste. It undergoes 7 hours of natural indoor wilting → gentle rolling → temperature-controlled fermentation at 28°C for 90 minutes → sufficient medium-temperature drying, with moisture content ≤4.3%. GC-MS testing reveals 1.25 mg/g of linalool and 0.58 mg/g of phenylethyl alcohol, contributing to its honey-sweet and ripe-fruit aroma; tea theaflavins at 1.08%, tea thearubigins at 10.0% (GB/T 30483), giving the tea liquor a bright red and clear appearance with a prominent golden rim. Containing 29 mg/200 ml caffeine, it gently refreshes; with 46% water extractives, it withstands 8-9 infusions. Double-sealed with aluminum foil bag and tin canister, the aroma remains stable for 24 months under normal temperature and light protection. SGS tested 500 pesticide residues, all non-detected; traceable through SC certification. As one of Fujian's three major congou teas, Tanyang Congou is famous for its longan-dried aroma. This premium can offers an authentic, sweet, and smooth experience of a century-old renowned tea at an affordable price.
