Hand-picked one bud and one leaf during three consecutive sunny days before the Grain Rain, it contains 21.8% polyphenols, 3.9% amino acids with a polyphenol-to-amino-acid ratio of 5.6, establishing its sweet, smooth, mellow, and non-bitter, non-astringent core flavor. The process includes 6-hour indoor natural withering → light rolling → 90-minute fermentation at 28°C → light and thorough drying, with moisture content ≤4.3%. GC-MS testing reveals 1.28 mg/g linalool and 0.59 mg/g phenylethyl alcohol, creating a complex honey-sugar, ripe-fruit, rose aroma. Tea theaflavins at 1.09%, thearubigins at 10.1% (GB/T 30483), yielding an orange-red, bright liquor with a prominent golden rim. Caffeine level at 29 mg/200 ml offers gentle refreshment; 46% water extract ensures sweetness through 8-9 infusions.
