Dianhong Da Jin Zhen, known as the 'King of Golden Tips'. Handpicked from the plump single buds of Fengqing large-leaf tea plants grown in ecological tea gardens at elevations of 1600–1800 m in Fengqing, this premium tea is harvested exclusively during the first spring of 2025. It takes 75,000 tender buds to produce just 100 g of dried tea. The highland's daily temperature variation ≥10 °C creates the golden ratio of polyphenols (24.8%) and amino acids (4.1%), forming a fresh, mellow, sweet, and smooth taste. Processed with light withering, gentle rolling, controlled fermentation at 28 °C for 70 minutes, and light final drying, the moisture content is ≤4.2%. GC-MS testing reveals linalool at 1.32 mg/g and phenylethyl alcohol at 0.56 mg/g, delivering a complex aroma of honey-caramel, ripe fruit, and floral notes. Tea theaflavins (1.21%) and thearubigins (10.4%) (compliant with GB/T 30483) yield a bright golden infusion with a thick golden rim. Caffeine content is approximately 33 mg/200 ml, offering a gentle energizing effect; water extractives reach 47%, maintaining sweetness through 8–10 infusions. Double-sealed in aluminum foil pouch and tin can, the tea retains its aroma for 24 months under normal, cool, and light-protected storage conditions. SGS tested for 500 pesticide residues—none detected. Full traceability under SC certification. At less than the cost of one cup of pour-over coffee, you can enjoy authentic high-altitude large-leaf varietal with golden tips, honey sweetness, and floral notes.
