Light withering and gentle rolling → temperature-controlled fermentation at 28 °C for 80 minutes → gentle full drying, moisture content ≤4.2%. GC-MS testing reveals 1.22 mg/g linalool and 0.58 mg/g phenylethyl alcohol, delivering a complex aroma of honey, rose, and ripe fruit. Theine content 1.15%, thearubigin content 10.1% (GB/T 30483), producing a bright orange-red liquor with a wide golden rim. Caffeine level of 30 mg/200 ml provides gentle stimulation; 46% water extractives ensure 8-9 infusions.
